When discussing the persecution of lawyer Lasha Janibegashvili, it must be noted that he was the only lawyer openly raising these questions.

The Association will be compelled to make this information public and provide answers to the following:

1. How did the Association manage to alienate properties on its balance sheet without a public auction? Furthermore, it remains unknown whether any formal property appraisal reports even exist.

2. How did the Association carry out construction on a land plot obtained through the right of build (superficies) without a state procurement tender?

3. What was the purpose of the Bar Association establishing Non-Entrepreneurial Non-Commercial Entities (NNLEs), and why are the finances of these entities (at least three of which were founded by the Association) not made public annually?

4. Regarding the land plot transferred by the National Agency of State Property for the symbolic price of 1 GEL: Exactly how much did it cost the Association to build a new structure there without a state procurement tender?

5. For what specific purpose did the Bar Association take out a loan exceeding 1.3 million GEL?

There are numerous questions for which suspected answers already exist. However, it is a fact that the current leadership of the Association will do everything in its power to rig the elections and elect a preferred candidate to ensure that the aforementioned information never leaves the Association.
