This statement serves to inform you that we have filed numerous complaints with the relevant state agencies on behalf of Georgian citizen Mary Subeliani. The aforementioned individual is currently residing in Brooklyn, New York, United States of America. We Demand:

The referral of this matter to the Prosecutor's Office of Georgia for immediate action.

The active involvement of the  Ministry o f Foreign  Affairs.

The effective participation of the Consulate of Georgia in the United States.
