Halik Bank Attempts to Seize K. Afciauri’s 3-Story House through Deceptive Loan Agreement
Case Involves Fraudulent Loan Terms and Potential Criminal Offenses
In a concerning case, Halik Bank is attempting to seize the 3-story house of K. Afciauri under a deceptive loan agreement. K. Afciauri was misled into signing a contract for a €500,000 loan, but only €152,600 was actually disbursed.
The bank is now threatening to auction the property, despite the fact that the full loan terms were never met. Since my involvement, I have uncovered significant evidence suggesting possible fraud and criminal activity and have reported the issue to the National Bank for further investigation.
